CCJC extends a warm welcome to Jill Bench, our new National Project Manager (CoSA demonstration Project).
Jill has taken over from Maristela while Maristela is on a leave of absence for the next fiscal year. Jill has worked in the private and public sector and comes to us from the federal government, most recently working on the 2011 Census. She brings a wealth of experience in large scale projects and financial management and oversight of large budgets as well a keen ability to connect with local chapter folks and front line workers working to make ends meet in the midst of program delivery. Jill has also worked as a consultant in South Africa and with Habitat for Humanity as part of a team building housing in Honduras. We welcome Jill to the CCJC team and wish her all the best!
As many of you know now Maristela has taken a leave of absence for the year to return to Brazil. We will miss her and wish her well and good health!
