Support CCJC’s Run for Justice

CCJC’s Vice President John Devries will participate in the Ragnar Relay Series (330km from Cobourg to Niagara Falls) on June 14th & 15th, 2013 under the banner of CCJC’s vision to “serve as a shining light for the promotion of humane and restorative interventions in response to the harm caused by crime”. In light of CCJC’s 40th Anniversary, John will run four 10km segments, a total of 40km, as member of a team.

By taking part in an event like the Ragnar Relay Series, we have a wonderful opportunity to highlight restorative justice, and to live out our faith-based belief that justice and corrections can be a healing process for all harmed by crime – offenders, victims and the community alike.

As a supporter of CCJC, we ask that you help further our vision through a timely donation to our Run for Justice campaign. We will gladly accept online donations through CanadaHelps (click “Donate Now”) or cheques mailed to the CCJC office before June 20th.

In honour of our 40 year commitment to restorative justice we are revitalising our communications capacity to better serve you with timely and relevant research, education, and parish materials to support your faith-based decisions and responses to justice and corrections issues.

With your help we can make that happen!

Sincerely,

Janet Handy
Executive Director
