On May 8th in Ottawa, CCJC’s Executive Director Janet Handy will explore the human capacity for resilience through various forms of survival and the developmental path to the integration of socially positive forms of resilience. She will also explore the need for community and our justice system to be actively involved in developing social reconnection models to foster healthy resilience in the face of trauma and conflict.
