All charitable organizations are required to update their membership bylaws for charitable status renewal by 2014.
We have recently amended our bylaws to comply with this new charity law requirement. In order to proceed with the next stage of re-certification of our charitable status we now need to hold a membership vote to approve these changes. At the bottom of this message you will find a copy of the old Bylaws, the newly amended ones and a proxy form for you to send back to us in order that your vote is counted.
It is critical that you send in your proxy so that we have at least 3/4 of our memberships’ votes registered.
Please take the time to fill in the proxy attached to this email and send it back to us by email (scanned with your signature) or printed off, signed and sent by mail before 5 pm November 30th, 2012.
