What to Expect:

Through this full-day workshop we will examine the relationship between spirituality, pastoral psychotherapy and victim healing from trauma. The day will include a Panel Discussion with front-line psychotherapists from the Ottawa Pastoral Counselling Centre who practice trauma counseling with a spiritual/wholistic approach.

There is a growing understanding that victims of trauma benefit from an integrated approach including mind, body and spiritual healing.

Our panelists will speak to their professional experience in pastoral psychotherapy and will facilitate participant workshops to explore and bring greater understanding to our journey of healing. Those who will benefit will be people seeking healing from traumatic events and loss.

 Who Should Attend:

Students and professionals working with victims of violent crime and of trauma survivors.  Individuals interested in learning more about a more wholistic path to healing.
