CoSA National<\/h2>\n
Les Cercles de soutien et de responsabilit\u00e9 (Circles of Support and Accountability\u2014 CoSA) sont une initiative de r\u00e9insertion sociale fond\u00e9e sur les principes de la justice r\u00e9paratrice pour les d\u00e9linquants sexuels sous responsabilit\u00e9 f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, \u00e0 haut risque et \u00e0 besoins \u00e9lev\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incarc\u00e9r\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de leur peine. Bien que l\u2019emprisonnement des d\u00e9linquants accomplit l\u2019objectif \u00e0 court terme d\u2019assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du public, la plupart finissent par \u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9s et par r\u00e9int\u00e9grer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sans aucun soutien et tr\u00e8s peu de responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Although imprisoning offenders accomplishes the short term objective of ensuring public safety, most are eventually released and come back to communities with no support and very little in the way of accountability.<\/p> CCJC currently works in partnership with community agencies providing CoSA across Canada.
